Tuesday

6:30pm start at Rome Street – 10k and 8-mile group. We ask that you are able to complete a 10k within 75 minutes.

Thursday

6:30pm start – 5k and 5-mile group.

Wednesdays (once a month)

Track night at the Sheepmount (sub of £4.50 payable at track).

Sunday Social (once a month)

An hour of running/walking at your chosen pace, followed by coffee/cake/breakfast at 10am.

HISTORY

DH Runners began with a couple of friends running along the river path together. In 2012 we started the Tuesday group off Morley Road which started with about 7 people.

From that things grew and we set up a committee and became affiliated with England Athletics in 2013.
